The ankle holster has a spot for the gun and an extra magazine. The additional calf strap provides great support to extreme use.
The size changes the size of the gun pocket, NOT THE SIZE OF THE ANKLE.
Most guns that you would expect to keep on your ankle will fit in the medium. The holster is made of a stretchy ballistic nylon.
