Warranty

All items come with a lifetime warranty to the original buyer . This warranty does not cover damage we determine was caused by abuse. If your item breaks from normal wear and tear, contact us (insert FPG email). We will either repair or replace it at no charge.  If for some reason you receive an item that is an incorrect size or we shipped the wrong item contact us for directions to return.
 
For warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs back to Freedom Protective Gear.  We will cover shipping costs to the buyer.

 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our policy for refunds is only for 30 days fro purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange

Some products are exempt from being returned. These include: holsters customized in any way with specific markings, words, or lettering. The exception would be if we made a mistake, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

We may ask for photos or video during the return/refund process to be emailed to us for inspection. If we determine this is necessary, we will wait for the buyer to produce the requested photos or video before the return/refund process can continue.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your order number.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Freedom Protective Gear reserves the right to approve or reject of your claim for refund. You will be notified upon any adverse decision.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, is misused or damaged including missing parts for reasons not due to our error.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund within 30 days  first check with your bank or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at freedomholsters@yahoo.com

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. But can be returned using the process above for store credit.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at freedomholsters@yahoo.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 10835 Hillpoint Drive, San Antonio, TX 78217.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
